Too much time spent in the sympathetic nervous system's "fight or flight" mode leads to stress, fatigue, risk of chronic diseases and systemic inflammation. 

I use a variety of techniques including Swedish strokes, deep tissue, stretching, and lymphatic drainage to induce your nervous system's parasympathetic (aka "rest and digest") response. I use a customized, holistic approach to designing my sessions, listening to what your body needs. I am prenatal certified and welcome expectant mothers to my practice.

New client appointments automatically have 30 minutes added to their time so that the intake process does not interfere with your hands-on time.
